What’s included:
- Fluticasone (50 mcg/spray) is a steroid medicine used to treat allergies, asthma, and other conditions. It helps to decrease inflammation in the nasal passages to decrease symptoms.
- Cetirizine (10 mg) is a second-generation antihistamine. Antihistamines are used to treat allergic reactions. Cetirizine is used to temporarily relieve the symptoms of hay fever (allergy to pollen, dust, or other substances in the air). These symptoms include sneezing; runny nose; itchy, red, watery eyes; and itchy nose or throat.
- Montelukast (10 mg) is used to prevent wheezing, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, and coughing caused by asthma and allergies.

What causes allergies
- Seasonal allergies, or hay fever, occur when the immune system overreacts to airborne allergens, releasing the chemical histamine and causing allergy symptoms.
